The CFP Organization
The CFP Group is licensed in 48 states and has provided consulting services to 4 countries abroad. Founded in 1999, The CFP Group has experienced sustained growth with 80% of projects generated through repeat business and an additional 10% from referrals. Each year, the firm continues to successfully expand its client base at an average rate of 10%.
The firm, led by a Board of Principals, is managed by an internal executive management team. Projects are assigned between three studios, each focusing on individual client needs and requirements. Existing clients are consistently serviced by the same studio team and enjoy the benefit of, at minimum, two points of contact for each project.
Each studio consists of a Lead Architect/Team Leader, multiple Project Managers who oversee individual projects, Project Coordinators and Drafters. One of three company principals provides executive oversight for each project. The team studio structure lends continuity by allowing staff to remain constant from project start to completion. |
